A Minnesota county prosecutor has charged an Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer in the nonfatal shooting of a Venezuelan man during the Trump administration’s immigration crackdown in the state.

The city of Minneapolis has released a video showing a chase and a scuffle that ended in a nonfatal shooting in January.

Federal authorities have opened a criminal probe into whether two immigration officers lied under oath about a shooting in Minneapolis last month, as all charges were dropped against two Venezuelan men.
