ROANOKE, Va. – Temperatures will be fairly warm Monday afternoon but still remain below the average for the time of year.
There is also a cold front passing across the region Monday morning. Since it is so dry outside, most don’t see any rain and see gusty winds instead.
Most of the rain has been shoved toward the Southeast for the day.
The snow is being isolated to the Great Lakes region and the Northeast too.
And while Monday will be warmer than previous days, the cold air quickly returns on Tuesday.
Here is a look at your wind forecast for the next 7 days. Monday features gusty winds close to 25 mph while Tuesday will bring winds closer to 30 mph.
With the combination of cold air and gusty winds, the wind chill returns.
