ROANOKE, Va. – The temperature above the surface on Super Bowl Sunday will be the key deciding factor between which parts of the area see snow or sleet and those that see mostly rain.
All it takes is a change of one degree a few thousand feet above us to decipher who sees snow vs. sleet in some cases.
