Santa makes an entrance at Carilion Children's

Santa Claus made a memorable entrance in Roanoke today, trading his sleigh for some ropes and a little help from Roanoke Fire EMS. Along with his elves, Santa spread holiday cheer to children at Carilion Children’s Hospital, offering a much-needed break for families spending the holidays in the hospital.
