Mike Vick set to be head coach at Norfolk State

A face that Hokie fans and many in our region know well, Michael Vick, will be the next head coach for the Norfolk State Spartans football program, the former NFL superstar and Virginia Tech quarterback announced on his Facebook Tuesday evening.
