Adoption event to find pets their forever homes

The Regional Center for Animal Care and Protection (RCACP) is currently facing an overcrowding issue, with around 100 dogs and more than 90 cats in its care. Shelters across the country, including RCACP, are grappling with an influx of animals and a shortage of adopters.
