Today at 2 p.m., Governor Glenn Youngkin will deliver an update on the Commonwealth’s response following Sunday’s winter storm, the water outage affecting the City of Richmond and surrounding area, and the winter weather expected this weekend.

The boil water notice issued in Martinsville last Friday has been lifted, according to city officials.

The boil water notice has been lifted for residents in the Shawsville and Elliston areas, according to the Montgomery County Public Service Authority.

Some people in Botetourt County may be without water.
