The Roanoke Health Hub will serve as a centralized resource for pregnant and postpartum individuals, offering critical services such as perinatal care coordination, doula and lactation support, mental health social support services, peer support groups, crisis diaper bank programming, and strong partnerships/connections to essential community-based resources. The hub is designed to bridge the gap in maternal health disparities by ensuring that all families—especially those facing systemic barriers—have access to high-quality, community-centered care.
