Thousands of locals gathered downtown earlier tonight to watch the City of Roanoke Christmas Parade

Guy Smith, with the T.G, Howard Community center is known as "Chocolate Santa." Smith helped bring in the Xmas Spirit by going around Pulaski taking pictures and dropping off gifts.
