Los Angeles Police spokesman Officer Jeff Lee said officers were responding to a medical emergency when they found Brown Jr.'s body around 1:50 p.m. at a home in Encino, The Los Angeles Times reported. Brown Jr. was pronounced dead at the scene. Brown Jr. was the son of Bobby Brown and Kim Ward. His son's death is the latest in a string of misfortune for Bobby Brown.

Eight years after her death, a holographic Houston will embark on a European tour that starts in England on Feb. 25 and runs through early April, with U.S. dates expected to follow. “Now is just the right time," said Pat Houston, the singer's sister-in-law, former manager and the executor of her estate, which is producing the show in collaboration with BASE Hologram. “In the spirit of Whitney, I know we're doing all the right things right now.”Last week, a few dozen members of the media were given a dress-rehearsal preview in Burbank, California of most of “An Evening With Whitney: The Whitney Houston Hologram Tour," which features a Houston projected onto a nearly invisible scrim on a stage with real dancers and a live backing band. “It's lengthy, it's tedious, it's a big, complicated process, but I think it worked.”The ambitious performance is the modest brainchild of Whitney Houston herself, in at least one respect.

A year later, Lifetime is readying a follow-up series, “ Surviving R. Kelly Part II: The Reckoning, ” with one major difference: this time, R. Kelly will be behind bars when it airs. “Surviving R. Kelly Part II: The Reckoning” will premiere Thursday on Lifetime. That groundbreaking hip-hop group toured with R. Kelly and Maynes was initially approached by the documentary makers about what he witnessed on the road. In an interview with The Associated Press, he connected R. Kelly to other self-destructive superstars like Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston and Prince. Bryant said the indictments against R. Kelly were never the goal of the series.

Whitney Houston may have tragically died in 2012, but her spirit (and voice) will live on in a new hologram tour that is set to hit cities all over the world next year. It's being called "An Evening with Whitney Houston" and tour dates kick off in Mexico and will wrap up in Belarus in March of 2020. According to Rolling Stone, the hologram of Houston will make some stops in the U.S. sometime during 2020. While the idea of seeing a hologram version of Houston performing all her hit songs may seem weird, or even unnatural, performing holograms are not new. There was even supposed to be a hologram tour of Amy Winehouse, but the tour was scrapped due to some "unique challenges and sensitivities."
