Tropical Depression Lisa has moved into southern Mexico a day after making landfall as a hurricane in the Central American nation of Belize and heading inland over northern Guatemala.

ROANOKE, Va. – 11 P.M. UPDATE:Tropical Depression One has officially been upgraded to Tropical Storm Arthur this evening. Tropical Storm Arthur precedes the official start of hurricane season which begins on June 1st. ArthurA Tropical Storm Watch remains in effect along the North Carolina coast (see photo below). According to the National Hurricane Center, Tropical Depression One, soon to be named Arthur, formed off the coast of east-central Florida Saturday afternoon. OneA tropical storm watch has been issued along the North Carolina coast.
