Matriculation Day at Virginia Military Institute was held Saturday, Aug. 17, beginning the Rat Line for the new academic year. An iconic moment for rats is getting their head shaved. It was the perfect opportunity for a Virginia native to donate his locks to a charity that makes free wigs for children in need.
