Two Lynchburg elementary schools are off of the chopping block for closure, at least at the moment

The Lynchburg City Council voted 5 to 2 to keep Sandusky and T.C. Miller Elementary Schools open in the upcoming school year.

The original vote for the plan was back in September but the board still hasn't made much progress in implementation.
