Glazed Bisque-It hosted a fundraiser for the family of Rowan Price, the Roanoke 4-year-old who died of a rare form of leukemia in 2019. All of the money raised went to โRowanโs Hero Fund,โ which has accumulated more than $87,000 for childhood cancer research through the St. Baldrickโs Foundation so far. โThis is a family that went through a trauma,โ said Glazed Bisque-It owner Pam Golden. Itโs not about painting pottery, itโs about making memories.โAdโPam was excited to support it and excited to do something in the memory of Rowan,โ Price said.
