A federal appeals court hears arguments on whether a judge can be ordered to dismiss the criminal case against former Trump administration national security adviser Michael Flynn now that the Justice Department no longer wants to pursue it.

Flynn, the former National Security Advisor who was pardoned by Trump back in November 2020, previously took a recorded oath reciting the QAnon pledge.
โThe accounts have been suspended in line with our policy on Coordinated Harmful Activity,โ a Twitter spokesperson told NBC News.
