It's the third year Jenning's foundation has hosted "Camp 180" in the Hill City, where Jennings grew up. "I want these kids to be able to take the work ethic. You know I'm not the most talented guy, I'm not the most special guy in the world at all, but I will put my work ethic against anybody, any day," Jennings said. Jennings had the biggest turnout yet for his camp this year.

Lynchburg Mayor Michael Gillette presented former Liberty Christian Academy and Liberty University star Rashad Jennings a philanthropist award for his contributions to the area. Jennings currently plays for the New York Giants and created a foundation in his name. The foundation's mission is to support area families, and to stimulate positive youth development through education, mentor initiatives, and health and fitness programs. Jennings is also hosting a youth football clinic this weekend in Lynchburg.
