One Roanoke restaurant is honoring the brave men and women who lost their lives on 9/11.

The Lynchburg Fire Department is thanking Community Ambassador Roberta Sonner and other members of the Wards Road Mission BBQ for their support and partnership.

A new spot to satisfy your sweet tooth — Crumbl Cookies opened in Lynchburg Friday.

Crumbl Cookies is set to open soon, according to a sign on the door, in the Hill City.

They want to give you a sneak peak of the restaurant before Tuesday’s grand opening.

A restaurant chain dedicated to honoring American heroes is coming to the Hill City.

ROANOKE, Va. - Mission BBQ is all about giving back and honoring those who serve our country and community 365 days out of the year. On Veterans Day they kick it up a notch to make sure veterans know how much they're appreciated. Today from open to close, Mission BBQ is offering a free sandwich and dessert to every veteran. ROANOKE, Va. - Mission BBQ plans to honor the sacrifice of those who served or are currently serving with a special celebration on Veterans Day. Veterans and active duty military personnel will get a free sandwich and cake Nov. 11 at the Roanoke Mission BBQ location at Towers Shopping Center.
