ROCKBRIDGE COUNTY, Va. – The 38-year-old at the center of a manhunt in Rockbridge County on Monday has died. FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. – Authorities believe that 22-year-old murder suspect Michael Brown may be in the New River Valley. While they believe that Brown is in the New River Valley, the investigative team can’t actually point to a sighting that confirms their belief, according to the U.S. Federal and local law enforcement were back on the scene in Franklin County Tuesday where Brown’s mom’s boyfriend was murdered on Nov. 9. The Virginia State Police tactical team went onto the property in an armored vehicle, and a drone was seen flying overhead.
