Security camera footage shows a man entering the store on Timberlake Road, placing several items in his cart, and walking out of the store without paying, according to the Lynchburg Police Department. Police said the suspect wore a navy t-shirt with a Nike swoosh and light-colored cargo shorts. The theft happened at local businesses within Kubota of Lynchburg. The suspects entered the property around 4:00 a.m., and left approximately thirty minutes later heading northbound on Route 29. Kubota of Lynchburg is offering a $1,000 cash reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the parties responsible.
