Due to a new cap on spectators at 25 people, schools in Franklin County are not allowing fans to attend games.

William Byrd High School student Ethan Tinsley has been looking forward to his senior year and earning himself a college football scholarship. โWhere we are with our numbers, every school district right now is in the red. Morrow says sheโs spoken with local school district officials and ultimately the ball is in their court to decide whether or not kids can play. โI think that theyโll make the right decisions and I think theyโll make the cautious decisions and I think theyโll have to have more discussions about it," said Taylor.
