Cave Spring beat Hidden Valley in boys soccer on Thursday, 5-0.

Hidden Valley had five spring athletes sign their National Letter of Intent Friday. Swimmer Meagan Baxley is off to Washington and Lee, Titan goalie Rio Jarrett is going to Concord University, and three lacrosse players are moving on. Landon Blackshear to Bridgewater, Tyler Duffey to Averett, and Connor McGarry to Pfeiffer University.

Salem beat Hidden Valley on Tuesday 13-5 at Kiwanis Field.

Hidden Valley won 3-1, 23-25, 29-27, 25-15, 25-10. Cam Davenport had 30 kills and 13 digs, Caleigh Ponn had 10 kills 15 digs, and Faith Mitchell had 26 assists.

Hidden Valley left no doubt on Friday night, beating William Byrd, 42-10.
