On Nov. 9, a man and a woman approached the drive-thru window and within seconds, started wailing on the employee in the window. “That is crazy, that is really crazy,” said Wallace Washington, a McDonald`s customer. “I guess that’s the world we live in now.”“Oh my goodness that’s crazy, what’s going on?,” said Regina Martin, another McDonald`s customer. “I hope they catch them, that’s bad that’s terrible,” said Martin.

HENRICO, Va. - A video out of a Virginia middle school circulated on social media has now led to parents filing lawsuits against the school system. Two years after the video was shot, parents of those students are seeking hundreds of dollars. The parents say the school promised to provide adult supervision going forward. In the lawsuit, two parents allege their child was taunted and teased days after the video made its rounds on social media. Those parents say the school environment became so hostile, they had to transfer him to another school, leading to emotional distress, pain, suffering and medical bills.

HENRICO, Va. - The American Civil Liberties Union is calling for an independent investigation into the death of a Virginia woman shot dead by police. Friends and family of the Henrico woman, Gay Plack, gathered to pay respects as she was laid to rest. "We are not going to let up on making sure that some good comes out of this whole thing," said one family member. "Particularly that no other family that has a family member that suffers with mental illness has to deal with this ever again." The police chief says after looking at body cam video, he supports his officer's decisions.

HENRICO, N.C. - First responders in North Carolina say 17 people have been brought to the hospital with injuries ranging from critical to nonurgent after a multi-passenger van rolled over and crashed. Gaston Fire, Rescue and EMS posted in a Facebook news release that agencies responded to a crash report Thursday evening near Henrico, North Carolina, and found more than a dozen injured. Officials say one was victim was found trapped inside the van and responders used hydraulic rescue cutters and saws to remove them. At least five agencies including fire services, rescue squads and sheriff's deputies responded to the crash, which left much of the road closed for hours. North Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating.
