1st and 10 Player of the Week: LCA’s Gideon Davidson is Week 5 honoree

We’re back again with another 1st and 10 Friday night—our Game of the Week matchup is between Floyd County and Grayson County.

Two powerhouse football teams went head-to-head here in Lynchburg as both teams looked to start their season 1 and 0 but in the end, the LCA Bulldogs pulled off the win in what turned out to be a physical football game.

LCA came out on top, defeating Lafayette 28-14, and earning their win for the VHSL Class 3 State Championship.
