10 News wore purple Tuesday in a show of support for a respected colleague in local television, Mark Spain, who was recently diagnosed with stage four pancreatic cancer. In a special Healthwatch, a local doctor explains what pancreatic cancer is and some of the risk factors and warning signs of this disease.
