College coaches believe MLB is leaning toward holding the draft in July instead of June going forward, and the possibility of minor leagues being contracted could impact the structure for rookie development. It's the best thing for our sport and the for the growth of college baseball.

Coach McGuire said after the ODAC championship that the team wasn't done, now that they have a regional title, they have their eyes set on the College World Series. With College World Series play starting Friday, the Maroons look to bring the heat to Wisconsin.
