Virginia Tech moves to 6-5 in ACC with win over SMU

BLACKSBURG, Va. – The Virginia Tech Hokies beat SMU on Sunday 79-71 to move to 6-4 in ACC play and 15-7 overall.

The Hokies’ largest lead was 16 points in the 3rd quarter, led by Matilda Ekh’s game-high 23 points. Virginia Tech had four players in double figures as well. Next up, they will face Syracuse in Cassell Coliseum on Thursday.
