BLACKSBURG, Va. – In the Region 1C girls basketball final, Fort Chiswell beat Eastern Montgomery 52-50 in overtime.
On the boys side, Auburn beat George Wythe in their 5th meeting this season, 65-55.
All four teams advance to the Class 1 State tournament.
Cave Spring beat Northside 65-60 to clinch the Region 3D championship.
