BUENA VISTA, Va. – Parry McCluer beat Covington on Friday night, but the game ended in a way nobody wanted.
The game ended with 6:35 left in the third quarter due to a Covington injury and the Cougars not having enough players, according to the The Virginian Review.
The Fighting Blues won, 35-6.
