WYTHEVILLE (WSLS 10) - The Wythe County school board sat down with the board of supervisors Tuesday to discuss the budget situation for next year. Â
This drew a crowd of parents and residents because board members talked about the possibility of closing Speedwell Elementary School. Â

Although nothing is set in stone, many residents are already speaking out to save the school. Â
