Roanoke County School Board members are still in the middle of finalizing options for safe locations during the upcoming Cave Spring High School renovations.Â
At another community meeting Monday parents were able to see the design plans on how the school will look after a $37 million renovation.

The construction will be done in phases in 27 months as a possible option to keep ninth-graders on campus with the other grade levels during the process.

One parents says he's more concerned about the loss of academics and extra-curricular activities if some students are moved to another location during the necessary renovations.Â
"I'm more interested in the quality of programs that are offered. The school is old and the building is not in great shape but we like the programs," said Tim Clingenpeel, a Cave Spring parent.Â
The school board plans to make a decision about the project next month.
