BLACKSBURG (WSLS 10) - The National Weather Service in Blacksburg reported many rivers rising above flood stage Tuesday, as heavy rains continued across southwest Virginia.
The Roanoke River Shawsville and near Salem were half a foot above flood stage around 1 p.m. Tuesday.
