ORIGINAL STORY
If you’re driving northbound on Interstate 81 in Roanoke County, expect delays.
VDOT is reporting a tractor-trailer crash near the 144.7 mile marker. Traffic is backed up for about 2 miles, and the north left shoulder and left lane, as well as the south left shoulder and left lane, are all closed.
There was also another multi-vehicle crash nearby at the 143 mile marker. Authorities say the north right shoulder is closed at this time.
