HENRY COUNTY, Va. – A man was arrested after making a bomb threat to a Dollar General in Martinsville on Sunday, Henry County Sheriff’s Office said.
HCSO said they responded to a bomb threat at the Dollar General located on Greensboro Road around 8 p.m. on Sunday. After investigation, no explosive devices were found, and the store resumed normal operations.

Authorities identified 52-year-old Roger Amos as the primary suspect, and he was arrested without incident. He has been charged with one count of Threats to Bomb and is currently being held at the Henry County Adult Detention Center on a $4,500 secured bond.
Another bomb threat was reported at the same location around 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Investigators have not yet said whether Amos is in connection to this threat as well.
