FLOYD COUNTY, VA. – Indictments were served today in the 2003 homicide of Richard Palmer, marking a pivotal moment in the long-standing investigation.
Milton Lewis Wright has been served with multiple indictments, according to the Floyd County Commonwealth’s Attorney. The charges include first-degree murder, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and felony animal cruelty.
