ROANOKE, Va. – Roanoke City Schools are making sure their students are heading into the classroom with everything they need to succeed.
The school district held its annual back-to-school extravaganza today.
It’s where the school supplies from Load the Bus are given out to families for free.
There were also free immunization shots given through the Virginia Department of Health.
Roanoke City students will start classes this coming Tuesday.
