AMHERST COUNTY, Va. – The Amherst County Sheriff’s Department held a press conference Wednesday afternoon and gave updates on the Elsie Wiggington case.
According to authorities after a property search in Amherst County human remains believed to be those of Elsie Wiggington were found on the property and her husband has been arrested.
