Lynchburg drivers are being asked to avoid the area of Thomson Drive and Tate Springs Road near Centra Lynchburg General Hospital due to down power lines in the area.
According to the Lynchburg Fire Department, emergency personnel are on the scene, and traffic is being restricted in the area.
