ROANOKE COUNTY, Va. – UPDATE

The Roanoke County Police Department has announced that 71-year-old My Engu Chung has been found.

ORIGINAL STORY

The Roanoke County Police Department is seeking public help in locating a 71-year-old man with Alzheimer’s disease.

Authorities said My Engu Chung was last seen around midday Tuesday (June 25) wearing a navy blue shirt and tan or khaki shorts, leaving his South County apartment.

He’s described as a 5-foot, 8-inch tall man who weighs about 170 pounds and has a red birthmark on his torso.

While his family told police that Chung is able to care for himself, they said they are concerned about his safety.
