LYNCHBURG, Va. – The Lynchburg Police Department is investigating after a deadly shooting Wednesday.
At 6:50 p.m., officers responded to the Kemper Street Apartments for a malicious wounding.

Officers discovered Bolden Eubanks, 23, of Lynchburg had already been taken to Lynchburg General Hospital where he died.
Deshanta Marshall, 43, of Lynchburg, and was arrested and charged with:
- 2nd degree murder
- Use of Firearm in Commission of a Felony
- Felony Child Endangerment
She is in the Blue Ridge Regional Jail and is being held without bond.
