If you’re hitting the road Monday morning, you might want to avoid I-81 northbound in Pulaski and Montgomery Counties.
According to VDOT, two crashes, one at the 103.4 mile marker and the other at the 105.2 mile marker, are causing delays.
Authorities said the tractor-trailer crash in Montgomery County has closed the north right lane and right shoulder, resulting in traffic backups that are about 2.5 miles.
In Pulaski County, a vehicle crash has led to the closure of the north left shoulder, right lane and right shoulder.
