Missing endangered man found safe, Rockbridge County deputies say

43-year-old Adam Stanley has been located and is safe, according to the Rockbridge County Sheriff’s Office.

The Rockbridge County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a man after a discovery at a Glasgow residence Tuesday.

On Oct. 24 around 9:30 a.m., authorities said they received a call for a well-being check of a resident in the 1100 block of Rockbridge Road in Glasgow.

According to the sheriff’s office, the caller was concerned for the well-being of the owner of the residence.

When deputies got to the scene, they said they “discovered unusual circumstances.” Those circumstances were not explained further.

The owner of the residence has been identified as 43-year-old Adam Stanley of Waynesboro. He’s described as being 5′11″, around 180 pounds, and has blue eyes and brown hair.

We’re told Stanley is considered a missing/endangered person.
