BLAIRS, Va. – The WoodWick Outlet Store in Blairs will be closing soon, leaving many without a job.
The Virginia Employment Commission published a warn notice on Friday and said 58 employees will be affected.

The store will be permanently shutting its doors on July 30, according to a Facebook post made by the store, which is owned by Yankee Candle Company, Inc.
There will be a few sales underway until it closes for good, including 60% off 1st quality candles, an additional 10% off all clearance items and an additional 10% off all nearly-perfect candles.
“We hope to see all of our valued customers one last time! We appreciate your support throughout our years in the Blairs area,” the business said on Facebook.
