A mother is fighting the system that took her kids.
“It’s going to change things for others,” hopes Angie Key, who tells 10 News many people have reached out to her after a story we aired earlier this month, where she shared her frustration with the Carroll County Department of Social Services.

A state investigation found, “From the moment the children were first removed from her care, the agency engaged in actions and made decisions that made it increasingly difficult and ultimately impossible for her to be reunited with her children.”
