ROANOKE, Va. – Looking for an active, sweet and energetic pet? Look no further. Scooter is a three-year-old who’s happy and welcoming face can brighten up a room. Julie Rickmond, the Marketing and Communications Director at the Roanoke Valley SPCA says he is very friendly and loving. She also says Scooter loves people and food, in that order.
The Roanoke Valley SPCA website lists Scooter at 41 pounds and says he’s neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and heartworm tested.
