CHRISTIANSBURG, Va. – Due South BBQ in Christiansburg will permanently close its doors soon due to “the continued high cost of food and labor,” the restaurant announced in a Facebook post.

This comes after the same ownership closed its other popular restaurant, Fatback Soul Shack due to “rising costs and a poor economy.”
Due South BBQ in Christiansburg has served the New River Valley for the past 16 years.
Restaurant staff is encouraging customers to visit their Roanoke location at 4521 Melrose Avenue.
