How All Sports Cafe is getting fans ready for the Super Bowl

“We end up selling 600 wings every 30 minutes and that is all day long.”

SALEM, Va.All Sports Cafe in Salem is ready for the big game on Sunday as the Philadelphia Eagles take on the Kansas City Chiefs.

Dusti Harrelson, the assistant manager says, “It is a day we train for all year long. This is our wing Super Bowl. We double up on our staff.”

They are offering wings to-go for your Super Bowl Party. Harrelson says that most of the pre-order spots are full, but there are still a couple of time slots left. They started taking orders about two weeks before the Super Bowl.

“We end up selling 600 wings every 30 minutes, and that is all day long,” says Harrelson.

They are offering a wing special that includes 30 wings with three sides of dressing or additional sauces and celery.

“Our most popular wing is called WhoDat? It is our signature sauce that has won a lot of awards. Also, sweet honey barbeque is always a favorite.”

All Sports Cafe has also made some special drinks for the game. They are Eagles Smash and KC Crush. The KC Crush includes vodka, rum, triple sec, peach schnapps, pineapple juice, sour mix, and sprite. The Eagles Smash is made with coconut rum, pineapple juice, sour mix, sprite, and Blue Curacao.

Harrelson says, “I have a bartender Cierra, she put a lot of time into making a red and a green drink for the Super Bowl.”

All Sports Cafe will be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday.
