ROANOKE, Va. – Local, state and federal authorities are set to hold a press conference at The Knights Inn in Roanoke on Tuesday afternoon to announce the results of law enforcement action taken against the business and its owner.
According to Brian McGinn, the public affairs specialist for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Virginia, the action is related to previous federal, criminal prosecutions of William Jackson and Mickey Jiminez.

United States Attorney Christopher R. Kavanaugh, Roanoke County Assistant Police Chief Jimmy Chapman, Department of Homeland Security Investigations Resident Agent in Charge Clint Dilfore, FBI Assistant Special Agent in Charge David Kadela, United States Marshal- Western District of Virginia- Tom Foster and Roanoke County Commonwealth’s Attorney Brian Holohan are all set to be at the press conference.
