Crews arrived to find a large, detached garage in flames, with fire blowing from a collapsed section of the roof.

We’re told the building was used as a race shop and for vehicle restoration.

The fire was enhanced by highly flammable material inside of the building and went undetected until it was noticed from the outside, according to authorities.

“While this was a major loss for this family, we are thankful that there were no civilian or firefighter injuries and there was no damage to the adjacent residence,” the department said in a Facebook post.
