ROANOKE, Va. – Check with your city or county to see what they will accept for recycling. It can differ from place to place. RDS takes many types of things from places like Salem, Roanoke City and Montgomery County. They sort it all in a big facility in Roanoke.
If your locality doesn’t recycle certain items, you may be able to find other resources or organizations to recycle those other items.
