ALLEGHANY COUNTY, Va. – The Alleghany County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing man.
Donald Wayne Kelley, 56, was last seen on March 31 in Alleghany County. According to his family, Kelley would never go this long without contacting another family member.

Kelley has brown hair, blue/gray eyes. is 6 feet, 3 inches tall and weighs about 150 pounds.
Authorities say he may be driving a red Kia Sportage.
Kelley had a small scar running down his left cheek with multiple tattoos including:
- A cow skull on his right arm
- A barb wire tattoo on his left arm
- A leprechaun on his left shoulder blade/back
The sheriff’s office says he may be in need of medical attention.
